Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks a TS/SCI Security Engineer Architect to lead security engineering for multiple DoD/IC tasks on the DTP contract. On-site in Bethesda with flexible remote options, you will drive RMF/ATO and policy development while mentoring a team of security engineers.

You will collaborate with DIA CIO and NDOC Security POCs and ensure robust security across Linux/Windows, cloud and on‑prem environments. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or MS with 12+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain polygraph.
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level II certifications (CISSP/CISSP-ISSAP/CISSP-ISSEP/CSSLP/CASP+).
• Familiarity with NIST SP publications and CNSS CNSSI 1253.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coordination of DTP Security Team across tasks.
• Guide security engineering solutions and maintain security policies.
• Direct interaction with DIA CIO and NDOC Security POCs.
• Lead RMF/ATO processes and incident response planning.
