Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks a TS/SCI Security Engineer Architect to lead security efforts for DTP across multiple Task Orders and NDOC systems. On-site in Bethesda, MD with some remote work based on client needs.

You will steer RMF/ATO activities, provide technical security guidance, and manage a team of cyber security engineers. You will work with program management, leads, and security engineers to implement security controls, policies, and incident response plans while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant DoD/IC security experience or Master's with 12+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a polygraph.
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE Level II certs (CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CSSLP, or CASP+ CE).
• Familiarity with NIST SPs and RMF/ATO processes.
• Experience leading security teams and coordinating across domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight of DTP Security Team across multiple Task Orders.
• Guide security engineers and ensure engineering solutions align with policies.
• Interact with DIA CIO and NDOC Security POCs on risk management.
• Develop and maintain security policies; implement OS hardening and patching.
• Lead incident analysis, risk plans, and vulnerability management.
• Serve as Product Owner for Security Engineering Team; manage priorities and deadlines.
• Foster collaboration across teams to deliver secure customer solutions.
