Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks an Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplined security support for a customer facility and organization. Responsibilities include processing classified mail, maintaining logs, escorting visitors, and assisting with access control and data transfers.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD SAPNP training completion, and the ability to travel within the AOR. Strong communication and policy familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with security policy and DCIDs/JAFANs.
• Ability to work with DOD personnel and industry partners.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Classify and process inbound/outbound correspondence and mail.
• Maintain document control logs and databases.
• Assist in data transfer and file processing for security programs.
• Prepare facility access controls and security badges.
• Escort visitors and maintain access logs; handle sensitive materials.
• Support security awareness programs and admin duties.
• Review and monitor security clearance processing with government personnel.
• Assist in SAP/SCIP/compliance inspections and data entry.
