Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplinary security support at a customer facility in Lorton, VA.

The role covers day-to-day activities for Collateral, SCI and SAP programs, including document control and access management. Candidate must have 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and DoD SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions, plus a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent (4 years) experience
• Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions)

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplined security support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials and reproduce classified materials
• Maintain daily logs for various administrative functions related to document control
• Assist with processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files and access control logs
• Escort visitors and manage facility access control badges
• Conduct entry and exit inspections and support SAP security inspections
