Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual for the Activity Security Representative II role. The position provides day-to-day security support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities at the customer facility.

Responsibilities include classification reviews, document control, badge processing, visitor control, PAR processing, and security data management. Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and DoD SAPNP training completion.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions)

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplined security support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities
• Classification reviews of inbound/outbound correspondence
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Maintain document accountability databases and logs
• Assist in security access control and badge preparation
• Escort visitors and maintain associated logs
• Prepare PARs and conduct security data entry
• Participate in security inspections and SOP enforcement
