Job summary

Acute Talent seeks a DIA Real Property Accountable Officer to support a federal program contingent upon contract award. This onsite role is based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC, and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

The incumbent will manage DoD real property assets, leases, occupancy agreements, and facilities budgeting, coordinating with the Facilities Business Management Team (BMT) and CFO processes while ensuring DoD regulations compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Experience in DoD real property and lease management.
• Ability to coordinate with CFO processes and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage DoD real property assets and lease agreements.
• Review and maintain tenant occupancy agreements.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and property documentation.
• Track lease, utility, and facilities-related costs.
• Support Facilities Business Management Team (BMT).
• Collaborate with CFO processes.
• Maintain ARCHIBUS records and data.
• Support budget planning and execution.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders.
• Generate reports and maintain property records.
• Support worldwide facilities initiatives as required.
