Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a DIA Real Property Accountable Officer to support a federal program, onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC. Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance with extensive real property management and budget responsibilities.

Responsibilities include leases, agreements, and cost tracking across DIA operations. The candidate will work with ARCHIBUS, MS Office tools, and CFO processes to ensure compliance and efficient program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ARCHIBUS and real property management processes.
• Ability to review, update, and ensure compliance related to leases and agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget analysis and program oversight for DIA real property initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of mission-critical real property projects across DIA operations.
• Track facilities costs including lease and utility expenses and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with CFO processes and ARCHIBUS data storage for property management.
