Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security US ADC Security, Industrial Security & Compliance team is seeking a Program Security Officer to lead multi-discipline security programs supporting the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) for the IC. You will own personnel, physical, information, and industrial security across classified operations at accredited sites.

The role requires 5+ years in PSO roles, 2+ years ICD/NISPOM experience, 2+ years with IDS/ACS, and current TS/SCI with polygraph; US

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Program Security Officer, Cognizant Program Security Officer, Security Specialist, or Security Manager role interpreting and implementing personnel, industrial, and physical security requirements.
• 2+ years of experience applying ICDs, NISPOM, and government regulations for classified programs.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with physical security hardware, IDS, and ACS.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program security guidance concerning personnel, physical, operational, technical, information, industrial, counterintelligence, and computer security issues.
• Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a government accredited site, while providing day-to-day multi-discipline program security operations support.
• Identify program and physical security requirements, problems, and sound solutions to sustain and enhance security of program execution.
• Maintain security hardware and systems onsite to meet government and AWS requirements.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners to heighten security awareness and engagement.
• Share on-call rotations in support of alarms, incidents, and outages.
