Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the DC3. The PM will provide overall management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for contractor and subcontractor personnel for the DC3 Strategic and Foundational Operations effort.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• PMI PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated success managing projects and programs of similar size and complexity within last 10 years.
• Experience determining and managing manpower for projects with diverse technical skills in last 5 years.
• Experience monitoring contracts using KPIs to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor activities supporting the PWS.
• Provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership across the program.
• Facilitate communication between Government and contractor personnel.
• Track and document requirements and activities using industry best practices and proven methodologies.
• Ensure contract tasks are completed in accordance with PWS requirements and performance standards.
• Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performance.
• Support financial and business processes while excluding inherently governmental functions.
• Identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations.
• Develop, maintain, and update the Program Management Plan and Risk Management Plan.
• Coordinate program kick-off activities, recurring reporting, and Monthly Status Reports.
• Maintain workforce stability and required personnel qualification documentation.
