Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Program/Budget Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in PPBE administration for INSCOM G6/GISA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in budgeting, planning, and execution.

The position is based at Fort Belvoir, VA and offers a starting salary range of 115–125K/year with full benefits. Responsibilities include supporting POM development, budget execution, and financial analysis, coordinating with INSCOM G6/GISA and IIT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business related field
10 years of experience in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE)
Must have a current TS/SCI
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pivot tables experience in Excel

Responsibilities

Provide support to IT programming activities from the build of the Program Objective Memorandums (POM) thru IT submissions
Monitor and track execution and provide budget reports for current year dollars and future year funding requirements
Perform asset and portfolio management to support the SCIF IT Program
Analyze, recommend solutions, and provide input to INSCOM IT Readiness and IT Logistics
Draft documentation for enterprise IT plans and PMO portfolio management
