Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator/Operations Support professional for a 24/7 watchfloor role in Maryland. The candidate will monitor dashboards, protect system health, troubleshoot dataflows, and implement basic code/config fixes to prevent downtime.

A TS/SCI clearance is required for this high-visibility position. The role follows a rotating 12-hour schedule (6 AM–6 PM / 6 PM–6 AM) and offers a strong compensation package with extensive Nyla FLEX

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Experience operating in AWS environments using Console and CLI.
• Proven ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a watchfloor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot dataflows, and optimize AWS environments.
• Respond to incidents and escalate on watchfloor to maintain uptime.
• Perform basic code/config fixes to reduce downtime.
