Tailored Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Personnel Security Manager to lead a robust TS/SCI personnel security program for a C6ISR enterprise in the National Capital Region.

The role is on-site in Washington, DC, directing security operations for a cleared workforce across multiple classification domains. You will own the program, overseeing indoctrination, debriefings, continuous vetting, insider threat coordination, and compliance, interfacing with client security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of progressive DoD/IC security experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing a personnel security program supporting SCI and SAP populations.
• Experience as SSO/CSSO/CPSO or program security manager for TS/SCI with SAP involvement.
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5200.02, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 704, SEAD 3/4, TW 2.0.
• Hands-on experience with DISS, NBIS, NISS, and DD Form 254. Security classification interpretation.
• SFPC and SPIPC or SAPPC certification; ASIS CPP or NCMS ISP equivalents accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security program for the contractor team, including personnel security and access administration.
• Process, track, and manage clearance actions, nominations, and indoctrinations across systems.
• Serve as primary contractor security interface for DD Form 254 and security guidance.
• Coordinate SAP security requirements and DoDM 5205.07 compliance before and during execution.
• Execute continuous vetting and reporting obligations under TW 2.0 and SEAD 3/4.
• Coordinate insider threat referrals and security inquiries with government counterparts.
• Deliver security briefings and maintain training records for audit readiness.
• Advise leadership on clearance pipeline health, onboarding timelines, and staffing risk.
• Support physical and information security for contractor spaces including SCIF access control.
• Prepare for and support government security inspections and audits.
