Constellation Technologies, Inc. in Maryland is seeking intelligence professionals with an active TS/SCI clearance to join a multidisciplinary team supporting federal contracts.

You will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, manage databases, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. This role emphasizes collaboration with government, military, and contractor personnel to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Must hold US citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• 2+ years of applicable/relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• Level 04 requires 15 years of applicable/relevant experience; Level 03 requires 12 years; Level 02 requires 9 years; Level 01 requires 6 years.
• Relevant experience includes Intelligence Analysis, target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tool sets and databases.
• Experience may be in computer/information systems design, development, analysis, engineering hardware/software, cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, or systems engineering.
• Completion of JCAC will be considered towards relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to obtain additional target information.
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close gaps.
• Apply multiple analysis disciplines to interpret patterns in communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to understand intelligence needs and mission relevance.
