Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc seeks an experienced TS/SCI cleared Target Analyst Reporter (Intel Agency) for the Annapolis Junction area and field sites. The role involves researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence to meet IC requirements and agency missions in SIGINT and information operations.

You will prioritize data from passive/active collection, collaborate with analysts, and produce reports with indicators, warnings, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 2+ years within last 5 related to serialized target analysis reporting.
• Level 04 requires 15+ years of experience.
• Level 03 requires 12+ years of experience.
• Level 02 requires 9+ years of experience.
• Level 01 requires 6+ years of experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in IC/DoD and drafting intelligence reports.
• Ability to author reports from limited traffic.
• Familiar with SIGINT reporting policies and databases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized intelligence reports for IC requirements.
• Prioritize and report information from multiple sources.
• Maintain awareness of customer needs.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine reporting.
• Share target-related information with customers as appropriate.
• Issue products with trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness.
• Develop databases or aids to enhance target knowledge.
• Perform pre-release quality control.
