Job summary

IPSecure, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer located at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, to design, implement, and sustain secure enterprise networks. You will work with DoD networks, applying deep knowledge of routing, switching, and IP telephony to maintain performance and security.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, DoD 8570 certification, and experience with enterprise monitoring tools. Expect collaboration with government sponsors and contractors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelors in a science/engineering discipline with 9+ years of related experience, or a Master’s with 7+ years.
• DoD 8570 baseline certification.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and remove switches, routers, firewalls, and telephony in operational and lab environments.
• Apply enterprise monitoring tools to analyze network activity and problems.
• Assess network technologies across the enterprise to support architecture.
• Provide technical guidance in design and implementation of network solutions.
• Establish network standards and priorities, and analyze performance optimization.
• Provide high-level technical advice to managers and technical staff.
