Job summary

Peraton in Laurel, MD is seeking a Network Engineer (Deployment Technician) to join our team supporting national security programs. The role includes deploying and configuring network infrastructure, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with engineering and security teams.

Candidates should have a degree with experience and TS/SCI clearance; DOD 8570 IAT Level II; strong networking knowledge; and the ability to document installation and test results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3 years of experience (or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience is required.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of experience is required.
• High school diploma with 9 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management and network security services.
• Conduct site surveys and optimize network topologies to support deployments.
• Prepare site installation and test reports to document configurations and performance.
