Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of prior relevant experience or MS with less than 2 years.
• Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years of AWS experience (S3, EC2, RI).
• Experience troubleshooting network-related issues (OSI 4–7).
• Experience with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Strong Linux background and infrastructure management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for customer-facing issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Act as SME to review system health and performance, implement proactive measures.
• Develop scripts and use playbook-based automation for tasks.
• Manage COTS and GOTS software across environments.
• Ensure security service compliance with Enterprise Services.
• Interface with customers and external teams to diagnose access issues.
• Use visualization to understand workflows and identify bottlenecks.
