Qualifications

• Experience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support.
• Experience managing system requirements to ensure DoDAF/SOA/STE/STN compatibility.
• Experience developing and implementing an ISSP and securing enterprise per regulations.
• Experience allocating requirements to hardware, software, facility and personnel components.
• Experience analyzing and resolving complex server hardware, applications and software integration problems.
• Experience performing market surveys and recommending new software to enhance IT capabilities.
• Experience establishing Baseline Exception Plan for IT procurements.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of all hardware and software in line with customer policies.
• Derive and manage requirements to ensure compatibility with defined architectures and standards.
• Develop and implement an Information System Security Plan (ISSP) and secure the enterprise.
• Allocate requirements to hardware, software, and personnel components.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems with server hardware and software integration.
• Conduct market surveys and provide recommendations for IT enhancements.
• Submit annual Baseline Exception Plan for IT equipment procurements.
