Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, NetApp Storage Solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, NetApp Storage Solutions, VMware, and Linux Server software.
• Performs systems architecture design and engineering; familiarity with change-management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, storage, network).
• Provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and security controls.
• Apply security patches and OS upgrades to maintain security and integrity.
• Support new infrastructure projects and maintain configuration documentation.
• Provide help-desk support to users and coordinate issue resolution.
• Create and manage Windows user accounts, group permissions, and file permissions; manage VMware VM environment.
