Job summary

Inalab, located at Kirtland AFB, NM, seeks an IT Support Specialist to sustain the IT Customer Service Desk and supporting local tenant infrastructure for the Air Force. This role requires TS with SSBI eligibility and focuses on ADPE, VTC, and DSN operations.

The position involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and AV systems, along with inventory management and customer-focused service desk duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Security+ CE certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in a TS processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for ADPE hardware and VTC systems.
• Provide installation services for network and telephone lines (copper and fiber).
• Troubleshoot and maintain printers and IP addressing components and MAC filtering.
• Operate the video-teleconferencing (VTC) and AV equipment for conferences and events.
• Assist inventory and maintain ADPE inventories and prepare property documentation.
