Job summary

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Project Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support IT services for a major government client at White Sands NM. The role requires hands-on leadership, directing a 20+ IT professionals team and ensuring timely, compliant delivery across multiple locations.

The candidate will develop plans, allocate resources, and mentor staff while maintaining contract requirements and service levels.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in IT or related field with relevant government IT project experience.
• Security+ or equivalent DoD directive certification.
• One project management certification (PMP/CAPM) required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading large IT teams in governmental or defense contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 20+ IT professionals while directing project delivery.
• Plan, execute, and close IT support projects at multiple client locations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor risks, issues, and performance metrics for program leadership.
