Job summary

TENICA is seeking a Program/Project Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead complex transition schedules and roadmaps for IT networks across multiple organizations. You will work with enterprise-level programs to ensure on-time delivery, manage dependencies, and navigate security frameworks and policy requirements.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive experience in IT project management, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Qualifications

Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Experience in IT or network project/program management in a public sector environment.
Experience delivering complex transition programs including network migrations and technology refreshes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain transition strategies, master schedules, and roadmaps for IT networks.
Coordinate with Product Lines to achieve favorable ORR outcomes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and align with sponsor priorities.
Establish governance, reporting, and status updates for stakeholders and executives.
Lead cross-agency coordination to resolve scheduling conflicts and mitigate risks.
