Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide cybersecurity leadership for classified networks and cross-domain solutions at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

The role oversees RMF execution, documentation, and testing, and coordinates with ISSOs, engineers, and government stakeholders to maintain authorization readiness. The ISSM will lead security control implementation, continuous monitoring, and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with DoDI

Qualifications

Experience leading RMF from system categorization through IATT/ATO and continuous monitoring.
Strong knowledge of DoD and AF cybersecurity policy, RMF controls, vulnerability management.
Ability to coordinate RMF activities with government stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsabilités

Serve as the ISSM for assigned information systems, CDS, laboratories, and flight-test environments.
Establish and manage the system security program per DoDI 8510.01 and AFI guidance.
Direct and oversee ISSO activities and RMF execution with prioritized security controls.
Review and approve RMF deliverables (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, assessments).
Coordinate IATT and ATO preparation and package approvals.
Lead vulnerability assessments and remediation actions.
