Sawdey Solution Services seeks an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide cybersecurity leadership and RMF oversight for classified environments at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes RMF execution, security control implementation, documentation, and coordination with government stakeholders.

The ISSM will oversee IATT/ATO preparation, continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and CSAR/POA&M management, while guiding ISSOs and engineers in a hybrid

Competenze

• Experience leading RMF activities from system categorization through IATT, ATO, continuous monitoring, and reauthorization.
• Familiar with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity policy, RMF, security controls, vulnerability management, STIGs, and POA&M processes.
• Experience with classified systems, SCI environments, cross-domain solutions, or other high-consequence security architectures.
• Strong ability to communicate with government stakeholders and senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Provide cybersecurity leadership and RMF oversight for assigned information systems and environments.
• Manage ISSO activities and RMF execution, establishing priorities for security control implementation and continuous monitoring.
• Review and approve SSPs, SARs, POA&M, risk assessments, and assessment artifacts.
• Coordinate IATT and ATO preparation and serve as primary cybersecurity liaison with government and contractors.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, ACAS reviews, and STIG reviews; recommend corrective actions.
