Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking an International Engagements SME with a strong policy interpretation and drafting background to support an Intelligence Community MASINT mission.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and experience engaging DoD/IC partners, including on-site support. You will help interpret policy, draft MOUs/MOAs, and develop integration roadmaps while coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team on engagements, briefings, and international partner

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• CI polygraph experience is preferred or required for consideration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant IC/DoD experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide international engagement policy, strategy, and execution expertise for IC MASINT missions.
• Draft MOUs/MOAs and integration roadmaps to support partner relationships and cooperation.
• Support events such as briefings, working groups, and conferences with senior stakeholders.
