Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support security and information assurance activities for the JWICS environment at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

The role involves upgrading and integrating JWICS SCI architecture, applying security controls, and coordinating RMF/ATO to sustain high security posture. A Top Secret clearance with SCI access is required, with Security+ CE certification and DoD knowledge. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience in a DoD or Federal government agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional years may substitute for degree requirements.
• Must be Security+ CE certified.
• Experience with reporting, scanning and analysis using ACAS.
• Knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Cybersecurity Directives and Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure the continued upgrade, expansion, and integration of the Hanscom JWICS SCI architecture and infrastructure.
• Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
• Ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
• Respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
• Coordinate CSRD approvals and RMF/ATO processes to maintain TS/SCI access.
• Maintain and operate JWICS LAN and file servers in SCI facilities.
