Job summary

IPSecure, LLC seeks an Information Assurance/ACAS Engineer with TS/SCI clearance for JBSA Lackland – San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on RMF execution, ACAS operations, vulnerability management, and documenting security controls throughout the A&A lifecycle.

You will develop and maintain SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and other artifacts, while coordinating with ISSM, SCAs, system owners, and engineers to ensure compliance and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3 years of IA/cybersecurity/RMF experience in DoD or federal systems.
• Hands-on RMF experience and RMF documentation.
• Proficiency with ACAS/Tenable and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Execute DoD RMF across the system authorization lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain RMF artifacts (SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms).
• Document security controls (NIST SP 800-53) and assessment evidence.
• Operate ACAS/Nessus and manage scans across Windows, Linux, and networks.
• Coordinate remediation with admins and engineers; track actions and rescans.
• Prepare cybersecurity docs for assessments, decisions, inspections, and audits.
