Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Information Advantage, to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This full-time professional position supports DAMO-SOI Information Advantage and related modernization initiatives under HQDA G-3/5/7.

The role requires ten years of related experience, Top Secret w/SCI eligibility, and strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to support senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Government software packages and MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear recommendations.
• Able to focus on mission requirements while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with ETMS2 and coordinating IA activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational integration, synchronization, and coordination support for IA, SOIE, and related modernization initiatives.
• Support cross-functional IA activities across Army Staff, Joint, and Service stakeholders.
• Provide written recommendations supporting IA synchronization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for IA activities and coordinate with Service CoEs.
