Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst, Information Advantage to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, to support HQDA G-3/5/7 contracts. This full-time role focuses on integration, coordination, and knowledge management for Information Advantage programs and related modernization efforts.

The candidate must have at least ten years of related experience, an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • At least ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • Experience providing executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational integration, synchronization, and coordination support for IA and related modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate IA activities across Army Staff, Joint, and Service stakeholders while managing knowledge systems and coordination processes.
  • Draft memoranda supporting IA synchronization and organizational requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IA activities and coordinate with Service CoEs for IA integration.
  • Contribute to information papers, studies, conferences, and development of IA workforce and knowledge base.
  • Coordinate staffing and review of IA publications.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, EXSUMs, and telework documentation for government compliance.
  • Support Army issues related to IA with HQDA POC and Army stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings/work groups and contribute to IA concepts, policy, and doctrine.

Program Analyst, Information Advantage

Full Time Professional Arlington, VA, US

Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Analyst,Information Advantage,to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract.

Duties:

  • Provide operational integration, synchronization, and coordination support for DAMO-SOI Information Advantage (IA), Support Operations in the Information Environment (SOIE), and related modernization initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional integration of IA activities across Army Staff, Joint, and Service stakeholders while maintaining relevant knowledge management systems and coordination process.
  • Provide written recommendations in memorandum format supporting synchronization of IA activities relevant to organizational requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Service Information Advantage activities and coordinate with Service-wide CoEs for Integration of IA.
  • Contribute, request, coordinate, and drive directorate wide awareness and input to information papers, studies, research, conferences and professional development of the Information Advantage workforce and knowledge base.
  • Assist as a coordinator for the staffing and review of Service IA publications.
  • Provide input for meetings attended, support the development of the meeting minutes to the Government in the form of a written EXSUM 24-hour post meeting. In addition, submit a monthly telework agreement which is compliant with known and anticipated HQDA G-3/5/7 and DAMO-SOI requirements.
  • Assist the HQDA POC for all Army issues associated with IA and related areas.
  • Assist in providing input to the Army, attend meetings/work groups, and support the Joint Community for development of Information Advantage related concepts, policy, and doctrine.
  • Coordinate with the Army to staff and review DoD and Joint IA related publications.
  • Schedule rooms, VTC sessions, maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, and read-ahead packages for all meetings and conferences.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS Office products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
  • Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
  • Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
  • Must be proficient in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) (formerly Task Management Tool).
  • Ability to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to provide executive, technical, and administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Experience with Protection on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands in Policy, Bi-lateral exchanges, proficient in planning and execution of working groups.
  • Operational experience using standard automated toolsets to perform duties.
  • Ability to assist with drafting Army EXORDs, FRAGOs, meeting minutes and EXSUMs and strategic documents.

Required Clearance:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI eligibility

Qualifications:

  • At least ten (10) years of related experience required.

Travel:

Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).

  • Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
