Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team at Nellis, AFB, NV. This role emphasizes Front Desk Collateral Security management with deep knowledge of Military Customs, DISS/NBIS/NISS, and DD254 processing.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, SAP eligibility within 6 months, and preference for Collateral Security Manager experience. You will support visitor control, security briefings, and compliance audits while safeguarding classified information.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• In-depth working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule.
• Thorough knowledge of using US Government online programs such as the eAPP, DISS, NBIS, and NISS.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain throughout employment; SAP eligibility within 6 months.
• Preference for Collateral Security Manager experience and Air Force Protocol knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the JITTC's front desk security and customer service representative.
• Reviews and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Obtains rulings, approvals, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
• Ensures that classified information entrusted to the company is properly safeguarded as outlined in federal controlling instructions.
• Provides administrative security support for receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition of classified material.
• Maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee IDs, safeguarding facilities and property.
• Develops and conducts security briefings and security education programs.
• Provides oversight for programs protecting classified and CUI information.
• Prepares, sends, and receives visitor certifications; may investigate losses and infractions and propose preventive actions.
• Assists in Personnel Security Actions and manages continuing eligibility; ensures accuracy of the Access Commander database.
• Inspects facility security periodically and interfaces with DCSA during audits.
