Job summary

RDR, Inc. seeks a Human Capital & Proposal Analyst to oversee hiring, onboarding, and HR processes while supporting proposal efforts and talent strategy. You will work with senior leadership to align staffing with organizational goals and promote a productive, compliant workplace.

Responsibilities include interviews, evaluations, policy development, and collaboration across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and strong talent management. A TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of hiring/HR experience preferred; SHRM-CP/SHPRM-SCP certifications are desirable.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance required prior to consideration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviews, hires, and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, training, and surveys.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention goals.
• Promote a positive culture and customer-service approach within the team.
