Job summary

V2X in McLean, VA is seeking a Financial Resources Specialist-FP to support government programs with budgeting, cost proposals, and financial reporting. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly and onsite presence, with extensive interaction across government managers and contractors.

You will maintain SLAs, manage MAXIMO and CostPoint data, prepare month‑end statements, and develop operation concepts and procedures to ensure compliant, transparent financial management for complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; five years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Must have TS/SCI with Poly security clearance; security investigations apply.
• Experience in budgeting, finance, and government contracts is required.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial services to manage budgets, SLAs, and resources.
• Maintain SLAs, amendments, and official SLA files; coordinate revisions.
• Prepare project cost proposals and ensure data integrity in MAXIMO and CostPoint.
• Support monthly financial statements and budget updates with managers.
• Assist with development of operation concepts, SOPs, and program plans.
• Monitor activity, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce documentation compliant with governance standards.
