Job summary

Credence in California seeks an Exercise/Wargame Planning and Assessment Specialist to support the U.S. Space Force S4S S7 Force Development Directorate at Vandenberg AFB. You will plan, execute, and assess exercises and wargames across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, developing readiness assessments, lessons learned, and commander decision products.

Travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required; must hold Top Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with Top Secret clearance eligible for SCI, ACCM, and SAP.
• Experience planning and assessing exercises across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
• Experience developing assessment frameworks with objectives, effects, tasks, and indicators.
• Strong writing, briefing, and senior-leader decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and assess exercises and wargames across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
• Develop readiness assessments, lessons learned, and commander decision products.
• Coordinate with DoD partners, allies, and mission partners.
• Support JMETL, DRRS, and Training Guidance activities.
• Attend conferences and planning events; travel CONUS or OCONUS and work irregular hours.
