Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an End User Support Technician (Mid) to provide on-site intermediate level technical support in Arlington, VA. You will install, test, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals, and you will work with a team to resolve issues at customer sites.

Responsibilities include handling on-site installations, surge support, asset documentation, and basic system administration training for end users.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum six years relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting a federal contract.
• Background in WIN 11 support, systems analysis, network or software design/administration.
• Ability to obtain a DHS HQ EOD.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately and timely to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with customer/company and colleagues to understand issues.
• Responds to service calls in a timely fashion.
• Performs intermediate installations and system test procedures; troubleshoots locally.
• Provides surge support to other teams as needed during surge periods.
• Performs moves, adds, or changes of client equipment as needed.
• Documents changes in ServiceNow and maintains asset inventories.
