Grey Matters Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to help accelerate development, testing, and release of software by building and maintaining robust infrastructure and tooling. This role requires working across teams to resolve production issues and improve internal systems.

Candidates should have extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Python, AWS, and CI/CD tools, plus a TS/SCI security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with service creation/management or a variety of build tool experience (Maven, Gradle).
• 2+ years experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Python, and experience with CICD tools
• One (1) year experience with java, c/c++, JavaScript frameworks
• Three (3)+ years experience using Python
• Experience with SciPy, NumPy, Pandas
• Three (3)+ years experience using AWS|C2S Integration (S3, SQS, SNS, AWS CLI)
• Three (3)+ years experience using Linux
• Experience with Bash and RHEL derivatives
• Experience integrating APIs and working with multiple teams
• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes (Helm, K8s files)
• Must have a TS/SCI Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Automate development, testing, and release processes by building testing and maintaining infrastructure and tools so that software can be developed and released.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, build tools to improve customer experience and integrate with internal back-end systems.
