Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (DevOps) to support a large federal intelligence and security program with GDIT. This role combines hands-on engineering, workflow automation, dashboard development, and compliance-focused system support within a highly secure environment.

The ideal candidate brings Cognos BAI expertise, Power Platform experience, and a background supporting DoD systems while maintaining strict security standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a Polygraph.
• Strong Cognos BAI experience (primary skill set).
• Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365/A365 experience.
• eMASS, RMF, and STIG compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level, mission-critical environments.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Experience with .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Python, HTML.
• SharePoint administration and workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering and DevOps activities in a secure DoD environment.
• Develop automation workflows and dashboards to support mission-critical operations.
• Ensure compliance-focused system support and security posture.

The pay rate for this role ranged from $60-80/hr
