Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) seeks a Program Integrator / Dataset Specialist with TS/SCI clearance to join the Data and Systems Integration Division in Bethesda, MD or McLean, VA. You will help stand up a new analytics capability, coordinating with government partners to acquire datasets and develop insights for community decision-makers.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 15+ years of IC/USG experience, with strong program management, data governance, and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 15+ years IC or USG experience.
• 10+ years in management consulting or related field.
• Understanding of how data is collected, organized, and used to generate insights (no coding).
• Demonstrated program management skills including planning, organization, and risk tracking.
• Experience with interagency or enterprise-wide coordination.
• Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects forward.
• Experience with meeting facilitation.
• Excellent verbal communications and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate efforts to identify and meet with partners to yield useful datasets.
• Prepare briefings and talking points for government managers.
• Facilitate meetings and offsites.
• Support improvements in how business data is collected, managed, and used, focusing on efficiency and standardization.
• Assess datasets for utility against the effort's goals.
• Plan meetings with partners and develop goals and agendas.
• Identify and promote best practices in business and mission analytics.
