Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of Intelligence Community or USG experience.
  • 10+ years in management consulting, organizational development, or related field.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward.
  • Experience with meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.

Program Integrator, Expert with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph

We are actively hiring a Program Integrator to join our Software and Systems Solutions Division in Bethesda, MD. The role focuses on supporting the establishment of a new business and mission analytics effort by acquiring datasets from partner offices and agencies, facilitating meeting planning, preparing briefing materials, and assessing dataset utility to inform community decision makers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate partner identification and engagement to secure useful datasets.
  • Prepare briefings and talking points for senior government managers.
  • Facilitate meetings and off‑sites.
  • Align datasets with the strategy and assess their usefulness.
  • Plan partner meetings, including developing goals and agendas.
  • Promote best practices in business and mission analytics.
Required Education & Experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Master’s degree.
  • 15+ years of Intelligence Community or other USG experience.
  • 10+ years in management consulting, organizational development, or related field.
  • Basic‑to‑intermediate Excel skills.
  • Intermediate‑to‑advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with data structures, databases, and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • PMP certification.
