Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) seeks a Program Integrator / Dataset Specialist with TS/SCI clearance to join the Data and Systems Integration Division in Bethesda, MD or McLean, VA. We are actively hiring a Program Integrator / Dataset Specialist, Expert with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Bethesda, MD or Mclean, VA.

You will be responsible to support the stand-up of a new business and mission analytics effort. A large focus of this effort will be attaining datasets needed from other offices and agencies that will be critical to building insights and applications of utility for community decision-makers, managers, and employees. As a member of this team, you will work closely with government managers to plan and execute approaches to acquiring datasets from other offices and agencies, as part of a larger strategy to gain insights into the community's mission and business practices. You will be responsible for helping conceptualize that strategy and these approaches, and duties may include facilitating meetings and offsites; preparing briefing slides and talking points; planning meetings with partners; and assessing datasets for adequacy in meeting the effort's larger goals. Successful candidates should be self-starters, capable of driving forward projects independently with minimal oversight, and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity. They will be organized program managers who keep projects on track, keep customers informed of risks and issues, and serve as a reliable, visible presence the customer can count on.

Responsibilities

• At government direction, lead and facilitate efforts to identify and meet with partners, with a view to establishing partnerships that yield datasets of utility to the effort
• Prepare briefings and talking points in support of government managers
• Facilitate meetings and offsites
• Support efforts to improve how business data is collected, managed, and used, with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and process improvement across partner organizations
• Identify how datasets and partner efforts align with the effort’s strategy and assess datasets for utility against the effort’s goals
• Plan meetings with partners, to include developing goals and the agenda of each meeting
• Identify and facilitate the adoption of best practices in business and mission analytics

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree
• 15+ years of Intelligence Community or other USG experience
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, or a related field
• Understanding of how data is collected, organized, and used to generate insights and inform decisions (no coding required)
• Demonstrated program management skills, including planning, organization, and risk and issue tracking
• Experience with interagency or enterprise-wide coordination
• Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate-to-advanced PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward
• Experience with meeting facilitation
• Excellent verbal communications and writing skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with data structures, databases, and visualization software such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Background or experience in business analytics, or familiarity with business data
• Familiarity with data governance and data standardization
• Advanced Excel skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

Salary range for this position is $220,000 - $230,000
