Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Experience designing and administering enterprise database solutions for mission-critical apps.
• Experience with relational, graph, and semantic database technologies and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize relational, graph, and semantic database environments for Object-Based Intelligence missions.
• Develop logical/physical data models supporting ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.
• Develop scalable database architectures for Semantic Web technologies and RDF triple stores.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate diverse data sources.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and Government stakeholders to translate mission requirements into data designs.
• Optimize performance via indexing, partitioning, replication, and capacity planning for large-scale analytics.
• Implement security controls, encryption, backups, auditing per government cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide documentation, standards, data dictionaries, and operational procedures.
