Job summary

Sentar Inc. in Fort Meade is seeking a Computer Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) to monitor and analyze cyber data, identify vulnerabilities, respond to events, and defend network infrastructure across wired and wireless environments.

You will work with government, military, and contractor personnel, applying analytical methods to query, merge, and interpret data, distill findings, document tradecraft, and share insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; up to 18 semester hours of military networking/cyber coursework may count as an Associate degree.
• Experience in computer or information systems design/development, cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, information assurance, or systems engineering; plus experience in network/system administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from intrusion detection systems, firewalls, network logs, and host logs to identify potential vulnerabilities and respond to cyber events.
• Develop mitigations to strengthen network defenses and protect infrastructure devices and systems.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to share insights and craft updated defensive tradecraft.
