Job summary

IESE Solutions seeks Aerospace Systems Engineers to support the U.S. Space Forces mission in El Segundo, California. You will provide systems engineering for space and ground assets, advising on architecture and lifecycle processes to meet warfighter needs.

Responsibilities include preparing SOWs, evaluating proposals, IPT participation, and ensuring property and contract documentation compliance under DoD guidance. Active TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of systems integration and systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading hardware/software and space/ground integration activities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with model-based system engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform integrated product support per AFI 63-101/20-101 and related specs, using the 12 IPS elements.
• Support Government with SOW proposals and CDRLs for Space Sensing RFPs.
• Assist in technical evaluations for RFPs and IPTs; contribute to Space Development systems.
• Familiar with LCSP, SORA, TSP, PS/BCA and related plans; track GFP shipments and DoDAAC setup.
• Ensure FIAR readiness with KSD documentation and GFP attachments on contracts, per DFARS.
