Job summary

B&A, based in Northern Virginia, is seeking qualified IT professionals for on-site deployment and support roles. The position features a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $230,000 annually and is contingent upon contract funding and active security clearance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, along with relevant certifications and 4–8 years of specialized experience.

Qualifications

• Security clearance TS/SCI with FS Poly adjudicated within the last five years.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• Relevant certifications in programming, cloud, infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, integrates, and supports computer systems hardware, operating systems, applications, device drivers, and network infrastructure (routers, switches, network cards, storage, and memory).
• Diagnoses and resolve system and connectivity issues using analytical troubleshooting.
• Provides customer-focused technical support and guidance.
• Communicates technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally for varied audiences.
• Works independently or within teams, applies basic project management practices to plan, track, and complete tasks, and stays current on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.
