Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, integrates, and supports computer systems hardware, operating systems, applications, device drivers, and network infrastructure (routers, switches, network cards, storage, and memory).
• Diagnoses and resolve system and connectivity issues using analytical troubleshooting.
• Provides customer-focused technical support and guidance.
• Communicates technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally for varied audiences.
• Works independently or within teams, applies basic project management practices to plan, track, and complete tasks, and stays current on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
