Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field is required or desired.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in technical writing, editing, or related fields.
• Experience translating complex information into audience-appropriate written products.
• Experience developing executive-level correspondence and briefing materials.
• Experience supporting security and policy reviews of communications materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and coordinate executive-level correspondence, briefings, reports, talking points, and presentations.
• Translate complex technical and programmatic information into clear communications for non-technical audiences.
• Support the Strategic Communication Cell to align messages with leadership guidance and priorities.
• Research, synthesize, and validate information from multiple sources for accurate content.
• Draft and edit leader messages, background papers, fact sheets, and other materials.
