Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Space Systems & SATCOM Intelligence Engineer to analyze foreign space and SATCOM architectures and support counter-space missions.

The role focuses on communications networks, satellite capabilities, and intelligence support for national security programs. Responsibilities include evaluating SATCOM systems, payloads, and ISR capabilities, and developing intelligence products on satellite vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience analyzing satellite communications or space systems.
• Knowledge of RF communications principles.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze adversary SATCOM systems and communications architectures.
• Conduct assessments of communications payloads, frequencies, waveforms, and ground infrastructure.
• Evaluate space-based ISR and satellite communications capabilities.
• Develop intelligence products covering satellite vulnerabilities and operational concepts.
• Assess technical developments in foreign space and communications programs.
• Support identification of collection opportunities and intelligence gaps.

Position Summary
