Job summary

Workday Government seeks software engineers to design and build metadata-driven applications, collaborating with Product Managers and QA in the DC, MD, VA region, and possibly on-site at client locations. Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance preferred.
• 4+ years with UML, Web app development or SaaS technologies.
• 4+ years in OO languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++, etc.
• 4+ years designing/developing business applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and QA on functional design and requirements.
• Design and develop a product in a metadata-driven development environment.
• Build and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code using an OO framework.
• Solve customer reported issues.
• Mentor and learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, hackathons, etc.
