Vantor Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to join a cross-functional team supporting an Intelligence Community mission. You will develop software from algorithms, contribute to system architectures, and work with program teams to plan future operations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analyses to senior government representatives are essential. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and DoD/IC on-site experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required, willing to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related field; 4 years of experience can substitute for degree.
• 6 years of relevant software development experience in DoD/IC environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses to non-technical audiences and government stakeholders.
• Experience across front-end, back-end, or full-stack software development."
• Strong programming skills in C++, Go, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with Digital Signal Processing, image processing, Matlab, AWS, RESTful APIs, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Experience with Agile development practices and on-site customer work.

Responsibilities

• Enable development of system architectures, software systems, or applications.
• Develop new software from algorithms and prototypes.
• Collaborate with program teams to plan future operations.
• Apply and improve Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Support sensor system design, fielding, and communications.
• Compile complex products to inform leadership on risks and chances of success.
• Brief customers and leadership on modeling results and recommendations.
