Job summary

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable briefing senior government stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s 7 years; Master’s 5 years; Associate’s 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide analytics focused on datasets.
• Develop and execute data acquisition strategies across offices and agencies.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and evaluate data for program goals.
• Manage projects and workstreams: timelines, deliverables, risks, issues.
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for government managers.
• Plan partner meetings, offsites, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate conferences and events, including venues and speakers.
• Improve data collection and usage through standardization and processes.
• Create and submit weekly activity reports.
• Translate technical information into clear documentation for all audiences.
• Integrate graphics into deliverables using automated tools and research methods.
• Must be present on client site during Luke Program core hours (0900-1500).
