Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Integrator to support programs in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in program integration to assist Program Managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting the health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.

You will translate complex technical information into clear documentation, manage risks and deliverables, and present findings to government managers.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead and guide a team of Project Integrators and Software Developers.
  • Experience collaborating closely with a Program Management Office to provide updates and insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable briefing senior government stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Self-starter with strong intrinsic motivation.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience; or Master's with 5 years; or Associate's with 8 years.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise-wide business analytics efforts focused on acquiring and leveraging datasets.
  • Develop and execute strategies for obtaining datasets from offices and agencies across the enterprise.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders, identify data needs, and evaluate datasets for alignment with program goals.
  • Manage projects and workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for government managers and stakeholders.
  • Plan and facilitate partner meetings, offsites, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Coordinate conferences and events, including logistics, venues, agendas, speakers, and interactive activities.
  • Support improvements in business data collection, management, and usage through standardization and process enhancements.
  • Create and submit weekly activity reports.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Integrate graphics and meeting-generated content into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods.
  • Must be present on the client site during Luke Program core hours (0900-1500).

Opportunity

CACI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Integrator to support programs in the Bethesda, Maryland area. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in program integration to support Program Managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership in monitoring and reporting the health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios.

You will perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance risks. This position is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of all work and deliverables within the Project Integrator scope.

Pay Range

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
